By working with hundreds of web design and marketing clients over the years and by developing and funding several of our own internet startup companies internally, we have fine-tuned the delicate process of building and promoting websites in a way that satisfies the needs of clients, website visitors, search engine robots, and directory editors.

We approach search engine optimization through a comprehensive strategy that allows us to take advantage of all of the elements that come into play in getting a top ranking. The 3 most major of these elements are link popularity, directory listings, and website pages that are designed to satisfy each particular search engine's algorithms.

Stage 1: Baseline assessment
 
This allows us to get a baseline assessment of the client's website traffic quantity and makeup before our campaign starts so that the client knows how successful his internet marketing efforts are at present and how he can fine tune his efforts to better target his prospective customers. This will also help keep clear what visitors were the result of our campaign and what visitors were generated from the client's own marketing efforts as we will not charge for visitors resulting from the client's separate marketing efforts.
 
 
Stage 2: Directory enhancement
Getting listed in the directories is very important because you can get a lot of traffic from the directory listings themselves, from the search engines that display directory listings alongside their own listings, and from search engines giving a rankings boost for link popularity as major directory listings represent about the most valuable incoming link a site could have. Submitting to just the right category with just the right description and with the site being designed just right at the time of submission requires a lot of expertise. Failure to perform any of these optimally can lead to rejection of the site or can lead the directory editors to list your site but change the category or description you asked for which can be worse at times than rejection since requesting changes to your listing is extremely difficult.
 
 
Stage 3: Link development / Internet Marketing Services
Every major search engine now takes link popularity into account when deciding how well to rank pages in its index. For this reason we develop incoming links to the client site from related, popular sites that will result in valuable branding and occasional visitors from these sites as well as increase the link popularity of the client's site and thus increase search engine rankings and traffic. Upon client request, we will also setup an affiliate program to further develop related incoming links.

Once a site has been accepted into directories, we can start providing any internet marketing services the client may desire.
 
 
Stage 4: Search engine optimization
Search engine optimization has been shown by numerous studies to deliver the most targeted, consistent, quantifiable, and affordable traffic available today. Visitors from search engines have also been shown to produce the highest conversion rates because they pre-qualify themselves as hot prospects by searching for the keyword phrase related to the client's business in the search engines and then like the client's listing enough to click on it. We prefer to not submit pages from a site to major search engines until the site has been listed in directories and until the site has obtained numerous other incoming links. We create keyword specific pages optimized for 11 major search engines: Google, Alta Vista, AllTheWeb, Lycos, Northern Light, Excite, Direct Hit, AOL Search, MSN Search, Hotbot, and iWon. We also incorporate numerous pay per click search engines into our campaigns at times.
 
 
Stage 5: Ongoing monthly maintenance
Maintaining high rankings in the major search engines month after month requires constant research to determine what each search engine is requiring in order to obtain a high ranking at any given time and constant revision of web pages to be in line with constantly changing search engine algorithms and alliances. We track all visitors from all campaigns we implement so that we can tell you how much traffic each campaign is bringing to your site and if we have the necessary visibility into the client's organization, we can also tell you the ROI from each of our campaigns so that you can know which campaigns are producing not just the most visitors, but the most sales.
